6-1. Due to the particularity of the products sold on the website, if you need to cancel your order or request a refund, you need to contact our Customer Care Team to negotiate. Our Customer Care Team will confirm how to operate according to the different progress of the order.

6-2. During the check of available stock or the working status of a products to be shipped, it is found that the conditions for delivery are not met. We guarantee we will cancel the order and refund.

If you cancel an order, we may deduct the cost of the order before refunding. And, it may take up to 10 days for your payment company, bank, or card issuer to provide you with funds again.
