3. Can I track my parcel?

3-1. All deliveries are sent with a trackable service.

3-2. We'll send you a link with your tracking information once your package has left our warehouse.

3-3. If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please allow until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon.

3-4. You can also track your orders by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders. Just log into 'My Account' and view your most recent orders. Click 'Track This Order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page.
